As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’ across all the cloud products, arming our customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

The Cloud Growth DevOpsIT team is growing and we’re on the lookout for Support Engineers to join our team. You will report to a Support Manager in the Cloud Growth DevOpsIT team.

As a Support Engineer, you will provide support to our customers, using Atlassian products, in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you must be a team player, have strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, and be someone who embraces challenges.
