The Cloud Support Engineer interview process usually has 3 to 5 rounds:

• The Screening Interview – This is usually a timed online selection test in some companies, while in others it is a phone screen test interview conducted by the recruiter.
• First Technical Interview – Usually carried out by one or two Cloud Support Engineers
• Second Technical Interview – Usually carried out by one or two Senior Cloud Support Engineers or Subject Matter Experts (SME)
• Company Values Interview – Can be conducted by anyone including the recruitment team or the Cloud Support Engineers
• Situation, Task, Action, Result (STAR) Interview with the hiring manager – This is almost always conducted by the hiring manager.
